The work of the biogas pump booster includes three steps: suction biogas, then compress biogas, finally output high-pressure biogas. To be specific, the biogas booster can suction low-pressure biogas or methane from the biogas digester. Then the low-pressure biogas or methane will be continuously compressed in the pump to achieve pressurization. 2. The biogas or methane only runs in the high-pressure cylinder of the biogas booster. And the high-pressure cylinder is isolated from the drive cylinder, avoiding biogas leakage or contamination by compressed air.
3. The biogas booster adopts oil-free compression, avoiding the risk of biogas being contaminated by lubricating oil and ensuring the biogas purity.
4. The biogas booster has its own cooling system, which reduces the heat generated during the biogas compression.
