If you only have an ordinary air compressor or workshop air on site, normally, their pressure is not higher than 10Bar, which can’t meet the applications of filling 300Bar compressed air into breathing cylinders. At this time, just need to connect the breathing air filling machine to the end of the air compressor or workshop air pipeline, then you will obtain high pressure and high purity compressed air of 80MPa maximum. There is an air pressure booster built in the machine, which can output high-pressure compress air through self-pressurization. To be specific, the breathing air filling machine does not require electricity, and it gets power from compressed air, thus explosion-proof. In other words, the machine needs a part of the compressed air to drive itself. Meanwhile, it will suction the remaining compressed air and discharge high-pressure compressed air after compression.
