The mining hydraulic prop emulsion booster pump is an air operated high pressure pump. And it can generate high-pressure emulsified liquid or hydraulic oil and inject it into the hydraulic prop in underground coal mines.
In coal mines, hydraulic props are supporting equipment for mining working faces. The working fluid inside hydraulic props is mostly emulsion, and of course it can also be hydraulic oil. The hydraulic prop pressure booster pump is driven by 3 to 8 Bar compressed air which normally comes from the inbye compressor or air compressor. It does not require electricity, thus avoiding the generation of electric sparks, and therefore meets the explosion-proof requirements for coal mines. The emulsion pressure booster pump can suction emulsion or hydraulic oil, and boost the pressure to 320MPa maximum, and then inject it into hydraulic props.

3. The emulsified liquid booster pump has the automatic pressure maintenance function to avoid pressure overload. Just need to preset an outlet pressure, and the pump will automatically generate and output high-pressure emulsified liquid. When the preset pressure is reached, the pump will automatically stop and standby. During the pressure maintenance standby period, there is no additional energy consumption, and the emulsion or hydraulic oil won’t heat up.
4. The pump is made of high-strength and corrosion-resistant stainless-steel material, suitable for complex underground coal mine environments.
