This dual-station FK-5112 filling machine composes of two vacuum pumps, two gas agent filling pumps, two electronic scales and two independent electronic control modules. Therefore, you can fill two fire cylinders at the same time. The vacuum pumps can completely remove the trapped air in fire extinguishers before filling. And the gas agent filling pumps can efficiently fill clean agent from source tank to fire cylinders. Just need to set a filling weight on the equipped electronic scales, the machine will automatically complete filling clean agent. And it will automatically stop when reaching your preset weight, thus prevent excessive filling. Beyond that, the machine is equipped with pressure reducing valves and precision pressure gauges to facilitate your accurately filling nitrogen gas into fire cylinders.
