1. It integrates four functions of vacuuming fire cylinder, refilling new gas agent, filling nitrogen gas and automatic weight control.
2. The machine is equipped with a double filling station. That is, it can fill two fire extinguisher bottles at the same time. Therefore, it greatly improves FM200 and NOVEC filling efficiency.
3. The machine is able to process liquid clean agent and gaseous clean agent, thereby, it is applicable to filling both FM200 (HFC-227ea) and NOVEC 1230 (FK-5112).
How NOVEC FM200 Refilling Machine Works
This dual-station FM200 NOVEC filling machine composes of two vacuum pumps, two gas agent filling pumps, two electronic scales and two independent electronic control modules. Therefore, you can fill two fire cylinders at the same time. The vacuum pumps can completely remove the air trapped in fire extinguishers before filling. The gas agent filling pumps can efficiently fill FM200 or NOVEC 1230 from source tanks to fire cylinders. Just need to preset a filling weight on the equipped electronic scales, the machine will automatically complete filling FM200 or NOVEC. And it will automatically stop filling when reaching your preset weight, thus prevent excessive filling. Beyond that, the machine is equipped with pressure reducing valves and high-precision pressure gauges to facilitate your accurately filling nitrogen gas into fire cylinders.
