Gas Blender Helps You Quickly Blend Gases

The gas blender is an automatic gas blending equipment that helps you quickly blend gases evenly in a gas cylinder through continuously rolling the gas cylinder.

Let me take the clean agent gas fire suppression system as an example. The clean agent such as FM200, HFC-227, NOVEC, FK-5112 is stored in fire cylinder in the form of liquid gas. However, compressed nitrogen serves as a propellant and is stored in fire cylinder in the form of compressed gas. The difference in density and phase between clean agent and nitrogen gas will cause stratification of clean agent and nitrogen in a newly filled fire cylinder. If there is no forced blending, it
takes 2 days or 3 days for FM-200 and nitrogen to blend naturally, and it takes 30 to 50 days for NOVEC and nitrogen to blend naturally. This gas bleeding machine can help you quickly blend FM-200 or NOVEC and nitrogen gas by constantly rolling the fire cylinder.

How Gas Blender Works?

The gas blending equipment has four stations design, which allows your roll four gas cylinders at the same time. The gas mixing equipment comes with four stations, which allows your roll four gas cylinders simultaneously. And the equipment is compatible with gas cylinders of various diameters and heights.

First of all, start the machine to adjust the rolling station to a straight position, then place your gas cylinders on the rolling station. Then lower the protective bar and lock it, which can prevent gas cylinders from accidentally falling. Next, start the machine and adjust the rolling station to horizontal position. Set gas cylinder rolling direction and rolling speed on the control panel, and the machine will continuously roll all the gas cylinders and blend the multi gases inside the gas cylinders evenly.

In addition to the four-station gas blending machine, we also offer dual-station gas blending machine for you to choose from. In addition, we are able to customize the gas blender according to the sizes of your gas cylinders.
