Gas Power Pack for Pressure Calibration
Pressure calibration is to ensure the accuracy of the measurement results of pressure measuring instruments such as pressure gauges, pressure transmitters and pressure sensors. The gas pressure power package can calibrate pressure measuring instruments by injecting gas at a given pressure. Specifically, the high pressure gas power package can suction low-pressure gas and output high pressure gas after compression. Then inject the high pressure gas at the required pressure into pressure gauges, pressure sensors, and pressure transmitters, thus achieving calibrating pressure. Nitrogen, as an inert gas that is easily available, is often used as the working medium for pressure calibration. Thereby, the nitrogen pressure booster can serve as the gas power package for pressure correction.
Gas Power Pack for Relief Valve Functional Setting and Leak Detection
The gas pressure power package can serve as a low-cost and manual relief valve test calibration rig. For the relief valve air tightness test, the gas booster power pack will inject gas of a given pressure into the relief valve. And then automatically maintain the pressure. After the pressure maintenance period is over, you could use the pressure drop method or bubbling method to determine whether the safety valve leaks or not.
As for the safety valve functional setting, it is mainly to use the gas at the required pressure to verify and calibrate the setting pressure and reseating pressure of the safety valve.
