The Benefits of Helium Recovery Booster Pump

1. The helium recovery booster pump is driven by compressed air, which does not require electricity. Therefore, it is particularly suitable for use in explosion-proof areas and hazardous areas.
2. The helium recycling pump can suction helium gas as low as 0.1Bar and discharge high-pressure helium up to 800Bar after compression.That is to say, as long as the pressure of the remaining helium gas exceeds 0.1 Bar, the pump can recover helium gas.
3. The helium recovering pump integrates three functions of recovering helium, compressing and filling helium gas. Specifically, the helium booster pump will suction low-pressure helium gas, and then compress and transfer helium to a gas cylinder for subsequent use.

How Does the Helium Recycling Pump Operate?

The helium recycling pump is the two-stage gas booster equipped with a medium-pressure cylinder and a high-pressure cylinder. First, the medium-pressure cylinder suctions low-pressure helium and compress it. Then the helium gas flows to the high-pressure cylinder to be compressed again. And finally the pressurized helium gas is discharged. Simply put, the helium pressure booster pump can compress the helium gas twice, thereby pressurizing helium from a very low pressure to a high pressure. Moreover, the helium recycling pump is equipped with a self-cooling system to quickly cool the gas booster and the compressed helium during the gas compression process.
