HPLC Column Packing Machine

HPLC column packing machine, as known as Liquid chromatography column packing machine, is a high pressure solvent delivery system that operates regardless of the back pressure of HPLC columns.

The HPLC column packing machine takes compressed air as driving force, and does not require electricity, thus no flame, no heat and no electric sparks risk. Thereby, it is safely used in explosion-proof areas such as laboratories and chemical plants. And the HPLC column feeding machine can pressurize solvent to 3200 Bar maximum, and then deliver it into HPLC columns regardless of the back pressure caused by the flow resistance of HPLC columns. In addition, the machine is compatible with various solvents such as methanol, acetone, acetonitrile, aqueous buffers, organic solvents, viscous fluids, aggressive fluids, radioactive liquids, brine solutions.

There is a pneumatic high pressure HPLC pump built in the machine, which has the function of pressure self-locking to prevent solvent overfilling. To be specific, the discharge pressure of HPLC pump is proportional to the drive air pressure. Just need to rotate the air regulator on the machine to adjust the drive air pressure, the HPLC pump discharge pressure can be easily adjusted and preset. And it will stop and standby automatically when reaching the preset pressure.
