Recently Senwell delivered a nitrogen booster injection unit to a SMT manufacturer. And it solves the problem that the STM reflow oven is difficult to obtain a stable high-pressure high-purity nitrogen supply from the nitrogen generator.
The nitrogen booster injection station is a high pressure nitrogen booster supply unit. And it intergrades the two functions of gas compression and stable gas injection into one machine. It works like this. The high pressure nitrogen booster injection unit consists of nitrogen booster pump, gas buffer tanks and control kit.

The built-in nitrogen booster pump utilizes 3-8 bar compressed air as its power source and adopts oil-free compression. And it can pressurize the low-pressure nitrogen from a nitrogen generator up to 16 Bar ( maximum pressure 800 Bar optional ). The gas buffer tank temporarily stores the enhanced nitrogen and eliminates gas pressure pulsation to form stable higher-pressure nitrogen flow. When in use, adjust the pressure reducing valve to obtain the desired pressure, so as to obtain a stable high-pressure and high-purity nitrogen supply.
The high pressure nitrogen booster injection station can not only provide high-purity high-pressure nitrogen for STM reflow ovens, but also can be used for gas assisted injection molding such as plastic physical foaming.
