Oxygen Booster Compressor Features
As we all know, oxygen is a flammable gas. We use 316L stainless steel to manufacture all oxygen contact components, and adopt oil-free compression technology, and degrease all parts. We skid-mounted oil-free pressure gauges, control valves, threaded fittings and oxygen booster pumps onto a 304L stainless steel frame, making the O2 compressor easy to move and operate. Therefore, the oxygen booster compressor is suitable to serve as a small oxygen compressor machine or a manual oxygen tank refill machine.
How Oxygen Compressor Machine Works
This oxygen compressor machine is equipped with two oxygen booster pumps that can work together to output more high-pressure oxygen flow. And the O2 compressor is driven by compressed air, does not require electricity, thus explosion-proof and eliminating the risk of oxygen being ignited by electric sparks. The oxygen compressor machine’s discharge pressure is always proportional to the driving air pressure. Therefore, you just need to adjust the air regulator button on the operation panel, and the oxygen discharge pressure will change accordingly. This oxygen compressor machine can effectively boost the low-pressure oxygen coming from a PSA oxygen plant to 16bar.
