How to Recycle N2O from Tank

Nitrous oxide is stored in tank in liquid form when the N2O tank is full. However, as you consume it, the nitrous oxide remaining in the tank will transform into gas-liquid mixture. Considering the high cost of nitrous oxide, let me introduce how to use a Nitrous oxide recovery machine to recycle N2O from tank, thus avoiding wasting nitrous oxide.

Nitrous Oxide Recovery Machine

Nitrous oxide recovery machine consists of machine, a manifold distributor and a floor scale. And it integrates two functions of recycling N2O and refilling N2O. Specifically, it can suction residual N2O from your tank, whether in liquid phase or gas phase, then convert it into high-pressure liquid N2O and refill it into a receiver tank for your future using. The N2O recycling machine is automated by PLC module. You only need to set a N2O refilling weight for the receiver tank on touch screen, the machine will automatically complete recycling N2O from your tank and refill N2O in the receiver tank.

Recycle N2O Operation Steps

Step 1: Connect your N2O tank to the manifold distributor by adaptor. And the manifold comes with five adapters, which allows the machine to recycle nitrous oxide from five N2O tanks simultaneously.

Step 2: Place a receiver tank on the floor scale, then connect it to machine by a hose.

Step 3: Click TARR button on touch screen to reset the receiver tank, then input a N2O refilling weight for the receiver tank. For example, if your receiver tank is 40 Liters capacity, you should set N2O refilling weight as 24Kg.

Step 4: Click START button on touch screen, the machine will begin recycling N2O.When all N2O tanks are depleted, the machine will automatically pause and buzzer on to remind you. At this time, you need to replace a batch of N2O tanks, then click START button again to continue recycling N2O. When the receiver tank reaches your preset weight, the machine will automatically stop and buzzer on to remind you, so you need to replace an empty tank to receive N2O.
