There are two methods to power the high-pressure pump: (1). Powered by 2-8 bar compressed air which comes from Air compressor normally;  (2). Powered by compressed nitrogen which comes from a nitrogen cylinder normally.

The working temperature range of high pressure pumps is -50℃ to 100℃. Therefore, high-pressure pumps are suitable for most low-temperature liquefied gases. Gas is more likely to heat up during compression, so we equip with self-cooling system on gas booster pump.

How We Ship Your Goods from China

Senwell will choose the most suitable shipping method according to your destination country and your personal preference. Such as ocean shipping, air shipping, railway transportation, truck transportation, international express. 

In order to avoid damage to your goods during transportation and to ensure that you receive the goods intact, we use plywood boxes to pack the goods and place flexible cushioning materials between the goods and the plywood box. The bottom of the wooden box has forklift feet, which makes it easy for you to unload and transfer the goods. In addition, we will insure your goods when they are shipped.

With many years of experience in air driven hydraulic pumps, chemical injection pumps, gas boosters and air pressure amplifiers manufacturing and after-sales service, we have summarized the maintenance tips, common troubleshooting and repair methods of high-pressure pumps into the following table for users’ reference.
