Gas Booster System

The gas booster system is a moveable and self-contained gas pressure booster station. It integrates gas booster pump, pressure gauges, control valves, isolation valve, air control unit, threaded fittings and optional automation control modules into a robust skid. The gas booster station uses compressed air or inert gas as driving power, requires no electricity, thus explosion-proof. The gas booster station can efficiently compress and pressurize most industrial gases and specialty gases up to 160MPa. Therefore, the gas pressure booster is an excellent and cost-effective alternative to large-sized stationary electrically driven gas compressors. The gas booster system is widely used for recovery gas, transfer and charging gas, gas pressure test, tightness leak detection, valves calibration, gas assisted injection molding, physical foaming gas injection and more.

Gas Booster System Applications

The gas booster system is a versatile gas compressor system. And it is widely used for high pressure applications such as high pressure gas transfer from one tank to another tank, gas scavenging (extract gas as much as possible from a gas tank or pipeline), gas cylinder refilling, gas blanketing, gas replacement, pneumatic test, leak detection, high pressure gas power pack and more.
