Gas Filling System

Gas filling system is an essential equipment for converting bulk gas or pipeline gas into bottled gas. Specifically, gas filling equipment can efficiently transfer compressed gas or liquefied gas from ISO tank containers, ton tanks, storage tanks or pipelines into diverse gas pressure vessels. Common gas pressure vessels include: Low-pressure gas cylinders that store LPG, butane, propane, refrigerant, fire extinguishing clean agent; and High-pressure gas cylinders which store CNG, methane, hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen, Co2, N2O and more. Proven Gas Filling Equipment

As we all know, industrial gases are usually stored in pressure vessels in compressed or liquefied form to facilitate transportation and use. The working process of the gas filling machine includes three steps. Firstly suction low-pressure gas from a source. And then pressurize gas to the desired pressure. Finally inject the pressurized gas into gas cylinders. 

For permanent gases or compressed gases, such as nitrogen, oxygen, hydrogen, helium, the gas filling is pressure-based. And the gas filling pressure cannot be higher than the nominal working pressure of the gas cylinder. However, liquefied gases or liquid gases such as carbon dioxide, nitrous oxide and liquefied petroleum gas, must be filled according to the approved weight but not as per the nominal working pressure of the gas cylinder. And overfilling is strictly prohibited.

Manual Gas Charging Machine

It is a low-cost gas refilling equipment with maximum filling pressure 80MPa. And it is suitable to fill most compressed gases. Just need to adjust air regulator to set a gas filling pressure, the machine will complete compressing gas and filling gas in one go.

Automated Gas Filling Machine

It is a PLC controlled and touch operated automatic compressed gas filler. Just set a gas filling pressure on touch screen, the machine automatically completes gas compression and gas filling. It has high filling efficiency and prevents excessive filling gas.

Automatic Refrigerant Pumping Machine

This is an automated refrigerant freon pumping booster system with leak alarm. It can suction and pressurize refrigerant to higher pressure, so as to achieve Freon or refrigerant long-distance conveying and charging.

Automatic Butane LPG Filling Scale

It is an automatic liquefied gas filling machine that utilizes pressure differential to transfer and fill LPG, butane, propane and DME. And it takes shop air as driving power, thus safe use in explosive areas.

CO2 N2O Filling Machine

The equipment is suitable to charge cryogenic carbon dioxide or nitrous oxide into gas cylinders and gas cartridges. To prevent liquefied gas overfilling, it is equipped with automatic weighing module. And it will automatically stop filling when reaching the preset gas filling weight.

Clean Agent Refilling System

It is an automatic fire suppression gas filling system. The machine can refill clean agent such as FM200, NOVEC 1230, CO2 into fire extinguishers. And it integrates functions of vacuuming fire cylinder, filling new clean agent, charging nitrogen and automatic weighing.
