High Pressure Hydraulic System
The high pressure hydraulic system is a self-contained and moveable high pressure pump station that can output hydraulic pressure up to 408MPa. Thus, it is suitable to serve as a high pressure hydraulic power unit, a high pressure hydraulic test unit or a high pressure chemical injection system. The air driven hydraulic system intergrades air driven hydraulic pump, pressure gauges, manual valves, isolation valve, air regulator, lubricator, thread connection and optional automation control module into a robust skid. Thereby, it is easy to move, convenient to operate and ready to connect. The air operated hydraulic system can efficiently pressurize water, hydraulic oil, lube oil, emulsion, chemical and solvent to maximal 408MPa. Therefore, it is widely used for hydrostatic pressure test, hydraulic burst test, hydraulic power units and chemical injection.
