The pressure test system is essential equipment for verifying the structural strength, structural integrity and tightness performance of diverse sealed components and pressure vessels. Specifically, the pressure test system is designed to simulate a high-pressure environment by injecting gas or liquid medium at a given pressure into the testing object. Pressure test is necessary for all kinds of sealed components and pressure vessels. Hydraulic Pressure Test Equipment
The hydro test equipment can pressurize liquid test medium to a desired pressure. And then inject it into pressure components to simulate a high pressure environment, so as to perform hydrostatic test, pressure burst test or leak test. The maximum test pressure is 408MPa. And we provide manual and automatic operation modes for your choice.
Pneumatic Gas Pressure Test Equipment
The pneumatic test machine can pressurize air, nitrogen or helium to a desired pressure and then inject it into a sealed component or a pressure vessel for tightness leak test, pressure proof test and gas burst test. The maximum test pressure is 80MPa. And we provide manual and automatic operation modes for your choice.
Safety Relief Valve Test Equipment
It can test and calibrate the setting pressure, reseating pressure and tightness of relief valves by simulating the valve working environment. Specifically, fix PSV on hydraulic clamp jig and raise internal pressure until PSV takes off. Meanwhile, display and record the pressure data. We offer manual and automated operation modes for you to choose from.
