The air operated hydraulic pump is a compact and lightweight pneumatic hydraulic booster that can be powered by air or by hand. Specifically, the air operated hydraulic pump comes with a detachable handle. Under normal conditions, you could use workshop air or compressed nitrogen of 1 to 8 Bar to power the pneumatic hydraulic pump. If there is no available air supply on site, you could power the hydraulic pump by manually pressing the detachable handle.
The air powered hydraulic pump can self-prim and pressurize water, hydraulic fluid, emulsion, chemical, solvent. And then generate and output hydraulic pressure maximal 800 Bar. Therefore, the air powered hydraulic pump is suitable for hydraulic pressure test, bolt tensioning, and the operation of hydraulic cylinders or lifting jacks. So the pneumatic pump can act as the hydraulic test pump or bolt tensioner pump.
How to operate the air driven hydraulic pump ? The output pressure of the air operated hydraulic pump is always proportional to the drive air pressure. Thereby, if adjust the drive air pressure, the pneumatic hydraulic pump outlet pressure can be preset and adjusted easily. Just need to add an air regulator and an outlet pressure gauge to the pneumatic pump, a basic hydraulic booster system is ready.
The hydraulic disassembly and assembly power pack is a portable and ready-to-connect liquid booster pump system. It consists of air operated hydraulic pump, liquid tank, air regulator, pressure gauges, manual valves, isolation valve and high pressure fittings.
Just need to connect to compressed air or workshop air, the high pressure hydraulic power pack will easily output and control hydraulic pressure in applications of bolt tensioning, bearing unloading, pinion gear removal, hydraulic test, hydraulic fluid injection.
If there is no available compressed air supply on site, you could use a pressurized nitrogen cylinder to drive the hydraulic power pack. Alternatively, you could manually drive the hydraulic power pack by shaking the detachable handle of the air driven pump.
