The CO2 N2O cartridges charging machine, as known as CO2 N2O capsules filling machine or CO2 N2O ampoules filling machine, can automatically fill high-pressure carbon dioxide gas or nitrous oxide gas into gas cartridges of various specifications from 8 grams to 88 grams.
There is a high pressure gas pump built in the CO2 N2O cartridge filling machine. And it can suction low-pressure Carbon dioxide or Nitrous oxide from a mother tank. And then compress it to high pressure, finally fill it into cartridges. Under the automatic control of PLC module, the machine can automatically complete the three steps of compressing gas, injecting pressurized gas and sealing gas cartridges. However, placing empty cartridge and taking out the filled cartridge needs to be done manually.

The CO2 cartridge is a small disposable steel cylinder that stores compressed liquefied carton dioxide. And its common specifications include 8 Grams, 12 Grams, 16 Grams, 33 Grams and more. When used, the liquified carbon dioxide in the cartridge instantly vaporizes into CO2 gas, and the volume will instantly expand 600 times. It is widely used in following applications.

The N2O cartridge is a disposable mini pressure container filled with high-pressure compressed nitrous oxide gas. It is commonly used as a whipping agent in whipped cream dispensers or cream whippers. For this reason, nitrous oxide cartridges are called N2O whipped cream chargers. And N2O cartridges come in multiple specifications, with 8 Grams being the most common.
