The carbon dioxide pressure booster station is an air operated carbon dioxide pressurization unit. It intergrades high pressure carbon dioxide booster pump, air regulator, manual valves, isolation valve, and threaded connectors into a robust skid, thereby easy to move and convenient to operate.
The carbon dioxide pressure booster unit takes compressed air as driving power. It can suction low-pressure carbon dioxide no matter of liquefied state or gaseous state. And then output high-pressure liquid carbon dioxide of 80MPa maximum through compression and pressurization.

The outlet pressure of CO2 booster station is proportional to the driving air pressure, so the output pressure will be adjusted accordingly if adjust the driving air pressure. Just need to preset a pressure by tuning the air regulator, the CO2 booster pump station will output high-pressure liquid carbon dioxide constantly. And it will automatically stop and stand by when reaching the preset pressure; Once the outlet pressure dropped, it will restart automatically.

As a high pressure liquefied gas, carbon dioxide must be filled according to the approved weight. In order to prevent overfilling, you could set a gas filling weight on the electronic scale before filling, then manually stop filling when reaching the preset filling weight.
