The carbon dioxide booster transfer unit is a high pressure liquefied carbon dioxide pressurization supply system. It can not only supply stable high-pressure liquid carbon dioxide to dry ice blasting and snow jet cleaning equipment, but also supplement pressure for long-distance transfer liquefied CO2, thus ensuring that the carbon dioxide in transportation pipelines always remains in liquid state.
For dry ice blasters, liquid carbon dioxide storage tanks are usually placed in a ventilated place outdoors for safety reasons. Then the low-temperature low-pressure CO2 is delivered from the cryogenic storage tank to the equipment site through a pipeline. If the transfer distance is long, the liquefied carbon dioxide in pipeline may be partially vaporized due to temperature variation or insufficient pressure. In this case, it is difficult for the dry ice granulator to obtain stable liquid CO2, which will affect the dry ice cleaning effect. For this reason, we developed the dry ice blasters carbon dioxide pressurization delivery unit. The details are as follows.






Unlike dry ice blasting, CO2 snow jet cleaning usually uses a steel cylinder or cylinder bundles as the carbon dioxide source, which store high-pressure room-temperature gas-liquid mixed carbon dioxide. And snow jet cleaning machine has a small demand for high-pressure liquid carbon dioxide flow. For this reason, we created the Snow jet cleaning carbon dioxide booster station. It is a compact liquefied CO2 booster skid that can effectively pressurize carbon dioxide and supply stable high-pressure liquid carbon dioxide to CO2 snow jet cleaning machines.
