The multiphase carbon dioxide booster is suitable to handle gaseous, vapor and liquefied carbon dioxide. To be specific, the multiple CO2 booster pump can effectively suction low-pressure carbon dioxide no matter of gas, vapor, liquid or gas-liquid mixed state. And then discharge high-pressure liquefied carbon dioxide of 80MPa maximum by the means of compression and pressurization. Thus ensuring carbon dioxide remains liquid phase during transfer and charging process. In addition, the multiphase carbon dioxide booster pump is capable of recovery low-pressure carbon dioxide gas and vapor in storage tanks or gas cylinders.
The high pressure carbon dioxide pressure booster pump uses compressed air as driving power, and its discharge pressure is always proportional to the drive air pressure. Thereby, if adjust the drive air pressure, the CO2 booster pump discharge pressure will be adjusted accordingly.






If your CO2 comes from a cryogenic storage container, then the liquid CO2 pump is suitable because it is specially set up to handle liquid carbon dioxide. But if your CO2 comes from a steel cylinder which stores gas-liquid mixed carton dioxide. While the liquid carbon dioxide pump can suction liquid carbon dioxide only, it means the CO2 gas in the steel cylinder will be wasted. So the multiphase CO2 booster is more suitable, as it can handle both gaseous and liquid carbon dioxide.
