The fuel gas pressure booster is a compact gas booster station. It requires no electricity, operating only with compressed air, thus avoiding the risk of fuel gas being ignited by electric sparks. Therefore, the gas booster can safely compress and boost flammable and explosive gases such as methane, natural gas and biogas. In addition to being explosion-proof and capable of increasing gas pressure up to 80 bar, this gas booster also features automatic shut-off function in unattended operation. Specifically, it will automatically stop and stand by when reaching your preset pressure, thus avoiding overpressure. Therefore, the gas booster is suitable to serve as a reliable fuel gas compressor.
Our gas booster is equipped with an operating panel, including control valves and pressure gauges, making it a complete gas booster system or fuel gas compressor. The gas booster’s outlet pressure is proportional to the pressure of the driving air. Therefore, you can easily set or adjust gas discharge pressure by simply adjusting the air regulator and reading the pressure gauges on the operating panel. Pull out the air switch to start gas booster, and it will suction gas, compress gas and then output high-pressure gas for you.
The fuel gas booster is not only a gas booster station that can effectively boost gas pressure, but it can also serve as a mobile fuel gas compressor. To meet your dual demands on gas pressure and gas flow, we provide a variety of gas booster pumps for you to choose from. If a single gas booster pump cannot meet your requirement for high gas flow, we will connect two or more gas booster pumps in parallel in the gas compressor station, and multiphase gas booster pumps working together to discharge more high-pressure gas flow for you.
