The automated high pressure gas charging machine can efficiently compress gas and charge all kinds of permanent gases into gas cylinders such as nitrogen, oxygen, hydrogen, helium, argon. As everyone knows, industrial gases are usually stored and transported in compressed form or liquefied form. The gas charging machine operates through three processes. Firstly suction low pressure gas from gas source tanks, and then compress and pressurize gas to a desired pressure. Finally inject the high pressure compressed gas into gas containers.
In accordance with regulations, a compressed gas is filled according to pressure. And the gas filling pressure cannot be higher than the nominal working pressure of the gas cylinder. In order to ensure gas filling accuracy and prevent gas overfilling, we developed the automatic high pressure gas filling machine. There is gas booster pump built in the machine, which can efficiently compress and pressurize gases to 960 Bar maximum. In addition, there is a digital high-precision pressure sensor built in the machine, which is capable of monitoring the pressure data in real time during gas filling process. Under the automatic control of PLC module, you just need to set up a gas filling pressure value on the touch screen. Then the gas filling machine will automatically execute gas filling work, and it will automatically stop filling when reaching your preset pressure value.

For safely charging oxygen from storage tanks or pipelines into small gas cylinders, we developed the automatic oxygen cylinder filling machine. There is an oxygen gas booster pump built in the machine, which is driven by compressed air and does not require electric power, thus no electric sparks generation. In addition, the machine comes with an explosion-proof pressure gauge and an explosion-proof distribution box which is placed PLC module, touch screen and other electrical equipment, thus preventing sparks and arcs generated by electrical equipment due to overload or short circuit from igniting oxygen gas.
