The gas compressor skid is a high-pressure gas compressor station that can safely compress gas up to 80MPa. It is built based on gas booster pumps and adopts a modular design. That is, there are multiple gas booster pumps integrated into a robust skid, all of which work together to output more gas flow. The modular design of the gas compressor skid makes it compact and easy to move; and its inherent explosion-proof feature allows it to safely compress various gases including flammable gases. Therefore, the gas compression skid is suitable to serve as an oxygen compressor, hydrogen compressor, biogas compressor, CNG compressor and more.

How to Operate Gas Booster Skid

There are multiple gas booster pumps inside the Gas compressor station, and you can decide whether to start one or all gas booster pumps depending on the current working conditions and load. You just need to set a gas discharge pressure on the operation panel, gas compressor skid will compress gas and discharge high-pressure gas flow for you.  And it will automatically starts and stops at your preset pressure, thus preventing overpressure. Furthermore, by adding a digital pressure controller or PLC module, it can be upgraded into an automatic gas compressor, making your operation more convenient.
