The cylinder valving machine, as known as cylinder valve handling machine, cylinder valve replace machine or cylinder valve screwing machine, can automatically disassemble and assemble cylinder valves from gas cylinders and fire cylinders. The machine is automatically manipulated by electronic control module, and equipped with pneumatic clamping device to fix steel cylinders. Just preset a torque value on the electronic display, the machine will run automatically. And when reaching the preset torque value, the machine will automatically stop and release the gas cylinder.
This is a gas cylinder bubbling leak detection machine that verifies the tightness of cylinder body and cylinder valve installation for gas cylinders. The gas cylinder leak tester uses compressed nitrogen as test medium to perform tightness leak testing on gas cylinders. And it utilizes bubbling method to visually check whether the gas cylinder tightness is qualified. The leak detection steps are as following. Firstly inject nitrogen at the required pressure into a gas cylinder, then place and immerse the gas cylinder in water tank. If no air bubbles appear in the water tank, it proves that the tightness of the gas cylinder is qualified. Otherwise, it is unqualified. The leak tester is applicable to various gas containers such as LPG cylinders, compressed gas cylinders, breathing cylinders, fiber wounded cylinders and fire cylinders.
The gas cylinder cleaning drying machine is specially designed for internal cleaning and rust removal of gas cylinders. It integrates the four functions of flipping gas cylinder, cleaning gas cylinder, pouring water, and drying gas cylinder with high-pressure steam. It is easy to operate and greatly improves the work efficiency of gas cylinder handling and maintenance. The machine is suitable for all kinds of gas cylinders with a diameter between φ279～φ450mm and a height between 400～1850mm.
The gas cylinder roller is an automatic gas mixing machine that helps you for mixing gases more evenly in gas cylinders. In industrial production, sometimes two or more gases need to be mixed to obtain mixed gases. If the gases are only naturally mixed in the gas cylinder, the gas mixing will not be uniform enough, so it is difficult to meet the use requirements. This automated gas mixer can fully mix the several gases in the gas cylinder by continuously rolling the gas cylinder.
