The gas cylinder hydraulic pressure tester uses water as the test medium to perform pressure proof test and burst pressure test on gas cylinder, thereby verifying whether the material strength and structural integrity of the gas cylinder is qualified. We provide manual and automatic gas cylinder hydraulic test machines for your choice, both of which are equipped with a prefill pump and a hydraulic pump. The prefill pump can help you quickly bleed air from gas cylinder before testing. And the hydraulic pump will generate high pressure for gas cylinder testing. The gas cylinder pressure proof test uses water as the testing medium to pressurize your gas cylinder to 1.5 times its working pressure, and then maintain the pressure for some time. If no leakage, deformation or rupture occurs during pressure holding period, the gas cylinder is qualified. Typically, gas cylinder pressure burst test comes after the pressure proof test. It aims to detect the maximum pressure the gas cylinder can withstand. Specifically, uses water as the testing medium to constantly pressurize your gas cylinder until it ruptures. And the pressure at which the cylinder ruptures is the gas cylinder’s burst pressure.
