The high pressure gas injection station is a high pressure injection. It integrates the two functions of compressing gas and precise injecting gas. Specifically, the gas injection unit can compress and boost gas to high pressure, and then accurately inject gas to applications that require high pressure, such as gas assisted injection molding, physical foaming, oil field wellhead gas injection and reflow oven nitrogen injection. Take the most common plastic foaming molding as an example. The high pressure gas injection station can serve as is a gas assisted injection booster system for microcellular foaming, high-pressure physical foaming and carbon dioxide supercritical foaming. Specifically, the gas booster station can pressurize nitrogen or carbon dioxide to high pressure, and then precisely inject high-pressure nitrogen or high-pressure carbon dioxide into foaming materials, plastic injection molding machines or extrusion machines.

The high pressure gas booster injection station consists of gas booster pump, gas buffer tank, digital pressure controller, pressure reducing valve and control kit. Here’s how it works. First of all, compress and pressurize gas to high pressure. Then store the pressurized gas in the gas buffer tank to eliminate gas pressure pulsation. Subsequently reduce the high-pressure gas to the required pressure by adjusting the pressure reducing valve, thereby obtaining stable and precise high-pressure gas supply.
