The corrosive gas pressure booster pump is an air operated high pressure gas pump with features of explosion proof and corrosion resistant. It can safely compress, pressurize, transfer and charge most corrosive gases to maximal 80MPa, such as Hydrogen sulfide, Chlorine, Hydrogen chloride, Nitrogen dioxide, Ammonia, Ozone, Freon, Sulfur dioxide.
In view of the characteristics of corrosive gases, the corrosive gas pressure booster pump is specially modified on the basis of standard gas booster.The details are as follows:
1. The main body of the gas pressure booster is made of 316L stainless-steel, which has excellent corrosion-resistant and heat dissipation performance and can withstand high pressure.
2. All components have been degreased.
3. There are triple PTFE sealing rings built in the gas booster pump, which are not only corrosion resistant, but also effectively prevent the leakage of corrosive gases during compression.

Ammonia Gas Booster Pump Station

In order to facilitate your operation, we built the Ammonia gas booster pump station. It intergrades Ammonia booster pump, FRL unit, pressure gauges, manual valves, isolation valve and other high pressure components into a stainless-steel skid. Thereby, it is ready to connect and easy to operate. And the ammonia booster station can effectively resist the strong corrosion of ammonia, and can pressurize gaseous and liquid ammonia to 80MPa maximum.
