The automated gas pressure test machine is a comprehensive pneumatic test machine automatically controlled by PLC or computer. It can help you assess the mechanical integrity and tightness of sealed components or pressure vessels.
Specifically, the pneumatic test machine can inject air, nitrogen, helium or other gas at the required pressure into a sealed component or pressure vessel to simulate a high pressure environment, thereby verifying whether the tightness and pressure resistance are qualified. When conducting tightness leak test, the leakage can be detected by bubbling method or pressure drop method.
Not only that, the gas pressure tester is also suitable for pressure proof test and gas burst test. We provide two operating modes for you to choose from: PLC controlled and computer controlled automatic gas pressure test machines, both of which come with test program software for your easy operation.
Firstly preset test pressure and pressure maintenance duration in test program. Then the pneumatic test machine will inject the desired pressure of gas into the testing object, and then maintain the pressure automatically. After pressure maintenance stage, if the pressure drop is within allowable range, the pneumatic pressure tester will determine pressure proof or tightness qualified. Otherwise, it is unqualified, and the leakage can be visually checked by bubbling method. For proceeding gas burst test, the pneumatic test machine will inject higher pressure gas into the testing object constantly until it cracks. Meanwhile, the machine will record the burst pressure data.
If your gas test pressure is high, or you want to perform gas burst test, in order to ensure staff safety during pneumatic test, you could choose the automatic gas pressure test bench equipped with protective test chamber.
The manual pneumatic test machine is moveable and low cost. It retains automatic pressure maintaining function, but requires manual timing and manual unloading pressure. And test results are subject to human judgment.
