The 3-in-1 hose test equipment is a multifunctional hose tester. It features three test modes: hydrostatic test, burst pressure test and leak test. You can easily switch three test modes on computer. Moreover, the equipment has two functions of bleed air and air purge. To facilitate hose mounting, the hose testing equipment is equipped with hose fixture to compatible with your hoses of various lengths. And we set up multi test stations in the test chamber, which enables the machine to test multiple hoses simultaneously. You only need to enter test parameters on computer, the equipment will automatically execute hose testing procedures, then determine test results and generate a test report. In short, this hose test equipment can serve as an automatic brake hose testing machine or hydraulic hose tester.

Hose hydrostatic test aims to verify whether a hose’s pressure resistance is qualified. First of all, select hydrostatic test mode on computer and inputer test parameters. Then the hose test equipment will use water as the testing medium to pressurize your hose to your set testing pressure ( normally 1.5 times hose working pressure). And then maintain the pressure for a period of time. During pressure holding period, if the hose does not rupture and its pressure drop remains within your allowable range, the machine will determine your hose is qualified. To perform hose burst test, switch to burst pressure test mode on computer, then the machine will pressurize the hose until it bursts. At the same time, the computer will automatically record the burst pressure value, which is the extreme pressure your hose can withstand.

The hose leaking test, also known as hose airtightness test, is designed to evaluate whether a hose’s sealing performance is qualified. First, switch to leak test mode on computer and enter test parameters. Then the hose test equipment will use a gas as the testing medium (typically air or nitrogen) to pressurize the hose to your set pressure. And then maintain the pressure for a specified duration. If the hose’s pressure drop is within your allowable range during pressure holding period, the machine will automatically deems the hose sealing test qualified. Alternatively, you can use the soaking and bubbling method method to detect hose leakage.
