The electrically powered high pressure hydraulic steel pipe expander can output hydraulic power of 500MPa maximum. It can achieve the expansion joint of large-diameter tubes and thick tube-sheets, thus eliminating the gap between tubes and tube-sheet to realize interference fit and prevent loosening. Thereby, the hydraulic pipe expanding machine is applicable to the shell and tube heat exchanger (tube-bundle type heat exchanger) such as boilers, condensers, high pressure heaters.
The high pressure pipes expanding machine uses water as the working medium and hydraulic power as tube expanding force. And it exerts uniform hydraulic pressure to the inner surface of the tube to cause plastic deformation of the tube, thus completing the tube to tube-sheet joint.
Just need preset an expanding pressure and an expansion duration in the touch screen, the machine will execute pipe expanding steps automatically.
The hydraulic pipe expanding machine is powered by 380V electricity and consists of three components: hydraulic power pack, expansion handle, and hydraulic expansion rod. This pipes expander adopts hydraulic expansion method. The built-in electric motor hydraulic pump pressurizes water or other liquid to generate high pressure hydraulic flow, then inject it to the expansion rob. The expansion rob is expanded under the acting of high pressure hydraulic power to achieve expansion joint of tube and tube sheet.
The high pressure pipe expanding machine comes with the new type of integrated rubber expansion rod. And the expansion rod comprises of high-strength alloy steel core and heat-resistant elastic rubber. It uses the high pressure hydraulic to act on the radial pressure generated by the elastic rubber body to expand the tube, so as to complete the expansion connection between tube and tube sheet. One-piece design, no seals required. Rubber jacket design, withstand 500MPa. Thereby, the expansion effect is better, the expansion efficiency is higher, and the service life is longer.

And the electric powered hydraulic pipe expander, which is suitable for shell and tube type heat exchangers such as such as boilers, large condensers or a high-pressure heaters.
