The air operated hydraulic power pack is an independent high pressure hydraulic unit, typically used for bolt tensioning, hydraulic disassembly, hydraulic tools and hydraulic pressure test.
The high pressure hydraulic pack integrates air powered hydraulic pump, reservoir, air control unit, pressure gauges, manual valves, isolation valve and hydraulic outlet into a robust skid. And the skid-mounted design makes the hydraulic power package compact, easy to move and convenient to operate.
The hydraulic power package takes compressed air as driving power. And it can efficiently pressurize water or hydraulic oil to output high pressure hydraulic flow of 4080 Bar maximum. Beyond that, the hydraulic power package has the functions of automatic pressure maintenance and automatic pressure compensation.
The outlet hydraulic pressure is directly proportional to the drive air pressure. Thereby, adjust the driving air pressure by rotating the air regulator, the hydraulic pressure can be adjusted and preset. When the preset hydraulic pressure is reached, the hydraulic power pack will automatically stop and maintain current pressure without air consumption. And it will restart automatically to supplement hydraulic pressure if the outlet pressure dropped.

It is essentially a hydraulic pump station with two pumps connected in parallel. At a given pressure, it can output more high-pressure hydraulic flow. So it is suitable for applications with greater demand for hydraulic flow.
The compact hydraulic power package can be driven by air or by hand. It uses compressed air or pressurized nitrogen as driving force. But if there is no shop air supply on site, you can drive the hydraulic unit manually.
There are subtle pressure fluctuations in a hydraulic system. If there is an extreme demand for hydraulic stability, adding an accumulator in hydraulic power station can eliminate the pressure pulses in hydraulic circuit.
