The high pressure hydraulic power pump is a double acting pneumatic hydraulic pump. And it can generate and output hydraulic power of 320MPa maximum. In most cases, the air operated hydraulic pump uses 3-8 bar compressed air as driving power. If there is no air compressor on site, a pressurized nitrogen cylinder is feasible to drive the hydraulic pump. Double acting design enables the hydraulic power pump to have advantages of large hydraulic flow and small pressure pulsation. Adopting the pneumatic driving principle, the hydraulic power pump has the functions of pressure self-locking, automatic pressure maintenance and pressure replenishment. To be specific, the hydraulic pump will automatically stop and stand by when reaching your preset pressure. And it will automatically restart to supplement pressure when outlet pressure dropped.
The outlet pressure of hydraulic pump is proportional to the drive air pressure. Thus, by adjusting the drive air pressure, the hydraulic pump outlet pressure can be adjusted accordingly. And by adjusting the drive air supply, the hydraulic pump working frequency can be controlled, so as to adjust the hydraulic flow output.
In order to facilitate user operation, we integrate air driven hydraulic pump, pressure gauges, manual valves, isolation valve, air regulator, reservoir and high pressure components into a robust skid to create the high pressure hydraulic power package, which is a compact and self-contained hydraulic power unit.
