The air powered hydraulic power unit is a high pressure hydraulic pump station. It is ready to connect, and can provide a stable hydraulic source for diverse hydraulic tools or occasions requiring hydraulic pressure.
The air operated hydraulic power station takes plant air or compressed air as drive power. And it can pressurize liquid to generate hydraulic power maximal 408MPa for hydraulic tools such as bolt tensioners, hydraulic clamps, hydraulic tube expanders, hydraulic actuators.
A hydraulic accumulator can be added to the hydraulic power unit. And the accumulator can effectively eliminate pressure peak in hydraulic circuit, thus ensuring stable pressure in hydraulic system.
The outlet pressure of the hydraulic power unit is proportional to driving air pressure. By adjusting the driving air pressure, the hydraulic power system outlet pressure can be adjusted accordingly. By controlling the driving air supply, the hydraulic power system working frequency can be controlled, thereby controlling the hydraulic flow. Just need to preset an outlet pressure, the hydraulic power unit will output hydraulic power. And it will automatically stop and stand by without energy consumption when reaching the preset pressure. In case of circuit pressure dropped, the hydraulic power system will automatically restart to replenish hydraulic flow.
