The manual hydraulic pressure tester it is a low-cost hydraulic test equipment with maximum testing pressure 408MPa. But it retains the function of automatic pressure maintenance. That is, the machine will automatically maintain the pressure when pressurize your product to your preset testing pressure. This hydraulic pressure test bench utilizes water or hydraulic oil as the testing medium to pressurize your product to simulate a high-pressure environment, thereby performing hydraulic pressure testing or burst pressure testing. And it is applicable to various products such as hydraulic hoses, fire hoses, instruments, liquid cold plates, valves, joints, cylinders, gas tanks, fire extinguisher cylinders.
First, manually set a testing pressure on the operation panel of the hydraulic pressure tester. And the machine will pressurize your product and then maintain the pressure automatically. When the pressure maintenance period is over, if the pressure drop is within allowable range, it proves the hydraulic test qualified. To proceed burst pressure test, the machine will constantly pressurize your product until it cracks. The pressure causing your product cracks is the burst pressure value, which will be recorded by the memory pressure gauge on the machine.
This is a compact hydrostatic pressure test station with manual operation. It cancels the protective test chamber based on the standard version. Therefore, it is small in size, light in weight and convenient to move.
