How Hydraulic Pressure Test Machine Works

Hydraulic pressure test machine uses liquid medium to pressurize your workpiece to your desired pressure to simulate a pressure environment, thereby performing hydraulic pressure test. There is a prefill pump and a hydraulic pump built in the hydraulic test machine, which are respectively used to rapaidly bleed air from your workpiece and pressurize your workpiece. You only need to input testing parameters on computer or touch screen, such as test pressure, pressure holding duration and allowable pressure drop, and the machine will automatically carry out hydraulic testing and finally issue test results.

Manual Hydraulic Test Equipment

For users with limited budgets, we also offer manual hydraulic test machine. It integrates the hydraulic pump, pressure gauges, manual valves and liquid tank into a robust skid, making it compact in size and easy to move. Therefore, it is a basic hydraulic test unit and still has the function of automatic holding pressure. However, you will need to manually set the test and unload pressures, and you also need to judge test results by yourself. Additionally, a pre-fill pump is optional to help you quickly bleed air before hydraulic test. And the pressure chart recorder is also optional to draw the pressure curve during hydraulic test.
