408MPa High Pressure Hydraulic Test Unit

The high pressure hydraulic test unit is a low-cost and manual hydraulic pressure test machine. It uses compressed air as driving power, and can pressurize water or hydraulic fluid to generate hydraulic pressure of 408MPa maximum for hydraulic test and burst pressure test. The hydraulic test station consists of air powered hydraulic pump, air regulator, pressure gauges, manual valves, isolation valve and high pressure fittings. By virtue of the control kit, you could manually control the hydraulic pressure conveniently.
Specifically, the outlet pressure of the hydraulic pressure test unit is always proportional to the driving air pressure. Just need adjust the driving air pressure, the outlet hydraulic pressure will be adjusted accordingly. In addition, the hydraulic testing unit has the functions of automatic pressure maintenance. In other words, when reaching your preset pressure, the hydraulic pressure test unit will automatically stop and maintain the pressure.

Hydraulic Test Operation Process

The outlet pressure of the hydraulic test unit is directly proportional to the drive air pressure, so its output pressure can be controlled by tuning the air regulator. For proceeding hydraulic pressure test, you only need to set a testing pressure by adjusting the air regulator on panel, then the machine begins pressurizing your testing object. And it will automatically stop and maintain the pressure when reaching your preset pressure. If the testing object has no excessive pressure drop and does not leak or crack, it proves the pressure proof test qualified. To proceed burst pressure test, just need to adjust the air regulator to maximum, and the machine will pressurize the testing object constantly until it cracks. Meanwhile, the memory pressure gauge will record the burst pressure value. In order to avoid deviation in the test results, please exhaust air in the hydraulic circuit and the testing object before performing hydraulic test.
