Hydro pressure pump is a high pressure pump that can generate 92000psi maximum for hydro test. It uses compressed air as its driving power, and is able to pressurize water or hydraulic oil to generate high pressure. The hydro pump has the function of automatic pressure maintenance. That is, it will automatically maintain the pressure when reaching your preset pressure, no requiring energy consumption. And it will automatically restart to supplement pressure in case of outlet pressure drop. Therefore, it is suitable to serve as a hydro test pump for hydrostatic testing and burst pressure testing of various workpieces such as hoses, valves, pipes, joints and more.
Powered by compressed air, the hydro pressure pump outlet pressure is always proportional to the driving air pressure. Therefore, if you adjust the air supply pressure, the hydro pump outlet pressure will change accordingly. Just need to add an air regulator and a pressure gauge, you can easily set or adjust the hydro pump outlet pressure by adjusting the air regulator and observing the pressure gauge. To meet various working conditions, we supply four series and multiple models of hydro pumps for you to choose from.
To facilitate users in performing hydro testing, we also supply hydro testing machine for you to choose from. It integrates hydro pressure pump, pressure gauges, liquid tank, manual valves, air regulator, air lubricator and threaded fittings into a robust skid. Its skid-mounted and portable design allow you to easily carry it to the field to perform hydro test and burst pressure test on diverse workpieces.
