The automated hydrostatic burst pressure test bench is an intelligent and multipurpose high pressure testing machine automated by computer or PLC module. It has four functions of automatic holding pressure and timing, automatic relief pressure and quick exhaust air. The hydrostatic test bench uses water as the testing medium to pressurize your produce to simulate a high-pressure environment, thereby performing hydrostatic pressure test or burst pressure test on your product. It is suitable to serve as a hose testing machine or pipe hydro test machine. Moreover, it is also widely used to test diverse products such as pipes, brake hoses, instruments, liquid cold plates, valves, joints, cylinders, gas containers, fire cylinders and more.
First, input test parameters such as test pressure, pressure maintenance duration and allowable pressure-drop in computer. Then the hydrostatic burst pressure test bench will pressurize your product, and automatically maintain the pressure. After pressure maintenance period, if the pressure drop is within the allowable range, the machine will determine hydrostatic test qualified. For proceeding burst pressure test, the machine will inject hydraulic flow into the testing object constantly until it cracks. Meanwhile, the test machine will record burst pressure value.
It is a compact automatic hydrostatic pressure test bench that cancels the protective test chamber based on the standard version. So it is small in size and easy to move, thus more suitable for hydrostatic pressure testing of large-sized sealed components.
The manual hydraulic pressure test machine is a low-cost high pressure test machine that retains the automatic pressure maintenance function, but requires manual timing and manual unloading pressure. And the test results can only be determined by human.
