Max 92000Psi Hydraulic Hydrostatic Pressure Test Pump

The hydrostatic pressure test pump, as known as hydraulic pressure test pump, is an air operated hydraulic booster. It uses compressed air or workshop air as driving power, and can self-prim and pressurize water, hydraulic oil, lubricants, chemical and other liquid, then output hydraulic pressure of 640MPa maximum. The hydrostatic test pump has the functions of pressure self-locking and automatic pressure maintenance. Specifically, the hydraulic test pump will automatically stop and maintain the pressure without energy consumption when reaching the preset pressure. And it will automatically reboot to supplement pressure in case of outlet pressure drop. Therefore, the air powered hydraulic test pump is particularly suitable for hydrostatic pressure testing and burst pressure testing of devise sealed components such as pipes, hoses, joints and more.

How to Operate the Hydraulic Test Pump

The output pressure of the hydraulic test pump is directly proportional to the driving air pressure. Thereby, if adjust the driving air pressure, the hydraulic pump outlet pressure will be adjusted accordingly. Just need to add an air regulator and outlet pressure gauge to the hydraulic test pump. And then connect the testing object to the hydraulic outlet with a hose, finally a basic hydraulic pressure test system is ready.

Hydrostatic Test Operation Process

To proceed hydrostatic test, preset a testing pressure by air regulator for the hydraulic pump. Then the hydraulic pump will generate and deliver hydraulic flow into the testing object. Then stop and maintain the pressure. After pressure holding period ends, if the testing object has no excessive pressure drop and does not crack, it proves the hydrostatic test qualified. For burst test, the hydraulic pump will inject hydraulic flow into the testing object until it cracked. The pressure at this moment is the burst pressure.
