The hydrostatic pressure test station is a moveable and low-cost manual hydro pressure testing pack. It is suitable to carry out hydrostatic testing and blasting pressure testing. We equipped with a pressure recorder on the pressure testing unit. And the pressure chart recorder can continuously record the pressure variation on paper chart in real time during the pressure testing, thus drawing a complete pressure curve.
The hydrostatic test station takes compressed air, compressed nitrogen, natural gas or other insert gas as power source, no electric power required, thus safely use in explosion-proof areas. And the hydro pressure test unit utilizes water or hydraulic oil as test medium and can output hydraulic pressure of maximum 4080 bar. Therefore, the hydrostatic pressure testing station is particularly suitable for pressure testing of valves, downhole tools, wellhead equipment, manifolds, blowout preventers (BOP), Christmas trees and other pressure components in oil and gas field.
Firstly preset a testing pressure by tuning the air regulator. Then the hydraulic test station will inject high-pressure hydraulic flow into the testing object, and maintain the pressure. After the pressure maintenance stage is over, if the pressure drop is within allowable range, it proves the hydrostatic test or pressure resistance test qualified. During the entire hydrostatic test, the disk pressure recorder will record pressure data and draw a pressure curve. For burst pressure test, just need to adjust drive air pressure to maximum. And then the hydraulic test station will inject hydraulic flow into the testing object continually until it cracks. Meanwhile, the burst pressure value will be recorded by the pressure gauge.
