IG-55 IG-541 filling machine is a versatile fire extinguishing gas filling machine. It can efficiently charge various gaseous fire extinguishing agent such as IG-01, IG-100, IG-55, IG-541 into fire suppression system and fire cylinders. As we all know, IG-541 is a mixed gas. It extinguishes fires through the cooling effect of nitrogen, the isolation effect of argon and the suppression effect of carbon dioxide. In fire suppression system, IG-541 is stored in fire cylinders in the form of compressed gas at the pressure of 15MPa or 20MPa.
The fire extinguishing gas filling machine has a built-in gas booster pump, which can pressurize the mixed gas to maximal 20MPa and fill it into fire cylinders. Just need to set a filling pressure, and the machine will automatically complete gas compressing and gas filling. When the preset pressure is reached, the machine will automatically stop, thus avoiding excessive gas filling. We provide manual and automatic fire extinguishing gas filling machines for users to choose from.
This is an automatic IG-541cylinder roller. And it can help you mix nitrogen, argon and carbon dioxide more evenly in fire cylinder through continuously rolling and shaking the IG-541 cylinder. This machine can hold up to five fire cylinders, which means it can shake five fire cylinders at the same time. In addition, the machine supports clockwise and counterclockwise rotation of the fire cylinder, so as to speed up the diffusion of the mixed gas in the fire cylinder.
