It uses pressure difference to transfer liquid ammonia. Specifically, ammonia pump will suction liquid ammonia and pressurize it to a higher pressure, ensuring that ammonia remains liquid state. To withstand the highly corrosive nature of ammonia, we use 316L stainless steel for wetted parts and PTFE/EDPM seals. And the ammonia pump is driven by compressed air, which ensures that liquid ammonia does not experience severe temperature rise during transfer process.
