The Liquid carbon dioxide transfer filling pump is an air operated liquefied carbon dioxide booster. It can effectively withstand low temperatures as low as -50℃. Therefore, it is suitable to pressurize, transfer and fill cryogenic liquefied carbon dioxide that comes from Dewar vessels, ISO tanks or cryogenic storage tanks normally. To be specific, the Liquefied carbon dioxide pump is capable of suctioning low-pressure liquified carbon dioxide and then outputting high pressure liquid carbon dioxide of 800 Bar maximum by continuously pressurizing, so as to ensures that carbon dioxide remains in the liquid phase during the transfer and filling process. The liquid carbon dioxide booster takes compressed air or workshop air as driving power. And its discharge pressure is directly proportional to drive air pressure. So if adjust the drive air pressure, the LCO2 pump discharge pressure will be adjusted accordingly.

If your CO2 sources from cryogenic storage tanks, then the liquid CO2 pump is suitable as it can handle liquid carbon dioxide. But if your CO2 comes from steel cylinders that stores gas-liquid mixture carton dioxide. While the liquefied CO2 pump can only suction liquid CO2, which means the CO2 gas in steel cylinders will be wasted. Thereby the multiphase carbon dioxide pump is more suitable, because it can handle both liquid and gaseous carbon dioxide.

In order to facilitate user operation, we have created the carbon dioxide booster station. It is a self-contained Liquid carbon dioxide pressurization system that intergrades carbon dioxide transfer filling pump, air regulator, pressure gauges, manual valves, isolation valve, threaded connections into a robust skid. Thus, it is convenient to move and operate.
