The LPG transfer filling pump is an air operated LPG booster pump. As well known, liquefied petroleum gas is a flammable mixed gas mainly composed of propane and butane, which is usually stored and transported in liquid form. The pressure of the LPG in containers rises due to thermal expansion, so the LPG in the container will form a coexistence state of gas phase and liquid phase.
The air operated LPG booster pump can handle multiphase liquefied petroleum gas. In other words, the liquefied petroleum gas booster pump can suction and pressurize both liquid LPG and LPG vapor, thus ensuring that the LPG is completely liquefied at the pump outlet. And the pump utilizes the pressure differential between the outlet and inlet to achieve the unloading, transfer and filling of liquefied petroleum gas fuel.
The LPG booster uses compressed air as power, which eliminates the generation of electric sparks and perfectly overcomes the flammability of liquefied petroleum gas. In addition, the liquefied petroleum gas booster pump is not only suitable for pumping, transfer and charging LPG, but also applicable to low-pressure liquefied gases such as butane, propane and DME.

In order to facilitate user operation, we built the LPG fill machine based on the LPG booster filling pump. And we provide manual and automatic operation modes for you to choose from.
For the automatic LPG gas fill machine, it is equipped with an electronic scale and automatic weight control module. Just need to preset a LPG filling weight, the machine will automatically stop when full.
As for the manual LPG fill machine, it can be combined with an electronic scale to form a LPG filling scale. First of all, preset a filling weight on the electronic scale. When the preset weight is reached, you need to manually stop filling.
