And it can safely compress liquefied petroleum gas and then transfer it into various LPG gas cylinders. The LPG gas filling machine consists of LPG filling pump, automatic control module, control kit and electronic scale. And its running process is as follows. First of all, the machine can suction low-pressure LPG, no matter of liquid or gaseous state. Then it will compress LPG to higher pressure, and finally inject the pressurized LPG into cylinders or tanks. Through compression, it is ensured that the LPG in the cylinder remains a liquefied state.
As we all know, the LPG is a kind of liquefied gas that must be filled strictly according to the approved weight. And it is strictly forbidden to fill LPG according to the nominal working pressure of the gas cylinder. In order to prevent excessive filling of LPG, the LPG refilling machine is equipped with an electronic scale and automatic control module to achieve automatic weight control function. Just need to preset a LPG filling weight on the electronic scale, the machine will automatically stop filling when reaching your preset weight.

LPG Cylinder Refill Machine Operation

1. Place the empty LPG gas cylinder on the electronic scale and tare it.
2. Preset a gas filling weight on the electronic scale.
3. Adjust the air regulator to about 6 Bar.
4. Press Start button, the machine begin to fill LPG. And it will stop filling when reaching your preset weight.
5. Press Stop button, then remove the filled LPG cylinder.

Manual LPG Cylinder Refilling Machine

For users with limited budget, we provide the manual LPG cylinder refill machine for users to choose from. The manual LPG filling machine consists of LPG booster pump and manual control kit. You can combine an electronic scale with the machine to form a manual LPG filling scale. Firstly preset a LPG filling weight on the electronic scale. When the preset weight is reached, you need to manually stop the machine to avoid overfilling LPG.
