The methane compressor can safely compress methane gas to 30MPa maximum. It adopts a skid-mounted design, which makes it easy to operate and move. And it uses compressed air as its driving power and doesn’t require electricity, thus eliminating the risk of methane being ignited by electric sparks. Further more, the methane gas compressor has the function of automatic start-stop. Specifically, you only need to set a methane discharge pressure, the methane compressor will automatically compress methane and output high pressure methane gas flow. And it will automatically stop and stand by when reaching your preset pressure, thereby preventing overpressure.
We integrate one or multiple gas boosters and operation panel into a robust skid to build the methane gas compressor. You can decide whether to start one or multiple gas boosters depending on the current working conditions. Just need to set a methane discharge pressure on the operation panel, and the methane gas compressor will compress methane and output high pressure methane gas flow continually. And it will automatically stop and stand by when reaching your preset pressure. If you connect an empty gas cylinder at the outlet of the methane compressor, it will compress methane to your required pressure and fill high pressure methane into the cylinder.
