The whipped cream charger N2O cylinder filling machine, also known as nitrous oxide tank filling machine, is an automatic high-pressure liquefied nitrous oxide pre-filling equipment.
When whipping cream, nitrous oxide gas is a highly effective whipping agent. The N2O cylinder or N2O tank stores high-pressure liquefied nitrous oxide, and it is much larger capacity than N2O cartridge, thus providing mass of nitrous oxide gas for whipping cream. The whipped cream charger N2O cylinder has various specifications, the common capacity include 0.95 Liters, 2.2 Liters, 3.3 Liters, etc.
The automatic N2O cylinder filling machine can suction low-pressure cryogenic nitrous oxide, then compress and pressurize it to high-pressure liquified state, and finally pre-fill the compressed nitrous oxide into N2O cylinders or N2O tanks.
As we all know, nitrous oxide is a high-pressure liquefied gas and must be filled strictly according to the specified weight of the N2O cylinder. It is strictly forbidden to fill carton dioxide according to the nominal working pressure of N2O cylinder. And overfilling nitrous oxide is strictly prohibit too. In order to prevent excessive filling of nitrous oxide, the automatic N2O cylinders filling machine is equipped with weight sensors and a pressure sensors. Under the automatic control of PLC module, the sensors will monitor the gas filling process in real time. When reaching your preset gas filling weight, the machine will automatically stop filling and release the filled N2O cylinder.
Similar to nitrous oxide, carbon dioxide is also a high-pressure liquefied gas and must be filled with a specified weight. In order to facilitate users to charge carbon dioxide into cylinders of various capacities, we have also developed the version of carbon dioxide cylinder filling machine.
It is a low-cost nitrous oxide tank charging machine operated by manual. And it consists of nitrous oxide booster pump and control kit. As a high pressure liquefied gas, nitrous oxide must be filled according to the approved weight. In order to prevent overfilling, you could preset a filling weight on the electronic scale at first. Then manually stop filling when reaching the preset filling weight.
If what you are using is whipped cream chargers, such as 8G N2O cartridge, the nitrous oxide cartridge charging machine can help you charge nitrous oxide efficiently. Under the automatic control of PLC, the machine can complete the two steps of filling N2O and sealing cartridge automatically. However, you need manually place empty cartridge and take out the filled cartridge.
