Laughing Gas N2O Nitrous Oxide Transfer Filling Pump

The liquefied nitrogen oxide transfer filling pump is an air operated high pressure nitrogen oxide booster pump. As we all know, nitrogen oxide, also known as laughing gas, is a cryogenic gas which is usually stored in pressure containers in the form of liquefied gas. The nitrogen oxide gas booster pump can effectively withstand low temperatures as low as -50℃. And it can suction low-pressure nitrogen oxide, and then compress and pressurize nitrous oxide to 128 Bar maximum, which prevents partial vaporization of the nitrous oxide during transportation and filling process, thus ensuring that the nitrous oxide always remains in liquid form. Thereby, the high pressure nitrogen oxide pump is suitable to transfer and charge cryogenic liquefied nitrogen oxide. 
The nitrogen oxide transfer filling pump utilizes compressed air or shop air as driving power. And its discharge pressure is directly proportional to drive air pressure. So just need to adjust the drive air pressure, the N2O pump discharge pressure will be adjusted accordingly.

N2O Transfer Filling Pump Functions

  1. Replenish pressure to ensure N2O remaining liquid state during long distance transfer of nitrous oxide.
  2. Compress nitrous oxide to high pressure liquid state and then charge it into N2O tanks or N2O cartridges.
  3. Recover residual nitrous oxide and vapors from large tanks.

High Pressure Nitrous Oxide Filling Pump Station

To facilitate user transfer and filling nitrous oxide, we have built the high pressure N2O filling pump station. It is a low-cost and manual liquefied nitrous oxide gas compression charging unit. And it intergrades N2O booster pump, air regulator, pressure gauges, manual valves, isolation valve, threaded connections into a stainless-steel skid. Therefore, it is easy to move and convenient to operate. As a high pressure liquefied gas, nitrous oxide must be filled according to the approved weight of the N2O cylinder. In order to prevent excessive filling, you could preset a N2O filling weight on the electronic scale before filling, then manually stop the device when reaching the preset filling weight.
